When do you think is perfect age difference between your babies

Question

No negative comments just wondering what everyone thinks. My daughter is 6 months now and I'd love to have her potty trained. I would like to have a little baby sister or brother when my only is about 2-3 at least. My brother and I were 6 years different and we weren't very close. But now that we're older we are.

I can say that, personally, I wouldn't go over 2 years. Seeing as how my brother was over 2 years older than me, we didn't have a very good relationship. 
However, my younger sister and I are about 2 years apart and she is the Best friend I could ever have! I loved being able to play with her. My brother never wanted to play because he was a "Big Kid" and did "big kid" things. 🙄
I appreciated having him around for advice or help with homework or to talk to when I was older, but when I was younger, all I wanted was my "Bro bro" to be my friend and I didn't have a friend until my sister came along.

I have an 11 month old and a 14 year old. They are very close, it's sweet.. 
We got & still get a lot of criticism for having such an age gap. "Omg so far apart they won't be close to each other" "why would you start all over after ones almost 18??"

My son is 2.5 years now. Pregnant now and baby due Feb 18. So exactly 3 years apart. Hopefully not same bdays but it's cutting close!! 🙈

My sister and I are 3 years and 9 months apart! We loved our age difference... super close! My daughter is 6 weeks and we have talked about trying for another when she is about 2 1/2 years old!

I have a 15 year old and a 11 year old and they get along fine also have a 3 and 2 year old and they are OK together but what is also neat about it is that each one of the little ones has attached them self to a big one (the big ones are boys and little are girls)

Personally though my experience I'm the oldest out of 5 so I'm 21 then the second oldest is 18 then my brother is 15 then my second youngest sister is 11 then my littlest sister is 5 out of them all I'm closest to my 18 year old sister and my youngest sister I'd say between 3 or more years difference I loved taking care of them bout and now I'm having my own little one due in February

I liked how me and most of my siblings are a year apart (I'm 23, my sister is 1 year and half a month older-24, my brother is 11 months older than her-25, and my oldest brother is 1 year and 2 months older than him-26). I have another brother 5 years younger-18, and another sister-16. My older sister and I have always been closer than my younger sister. And my 2 older brothers are closer than they are with my younger brother. So I plan on having 4 babies close in age.
My husband has a sister 2-3 years older than him, and a brother 5 years younger. None of them were ever close, and still aren't. Whenever we visit his parents and his siblings are there, their whole relationship always seems so formal.  When we visit my family with all my siblings there, it is far from formal. We're always so loud and laughing and joking around with each other. My husband never had that.
