implantation bleeding

So my husband and I had sex on ovaluation  before my recent cycle which ended (6/30/17). We then had sex two days after (7/2/17) then also on the 7/6/17. After this I experienced some spotting which was pinky/brown in colour. Is this a sign of early pregnancy? We plan to have sex again on my up coming ovulation day (7/9/17) and one more time after that. Should I wait until after ovulation to test or should I give it a go now? Btw I have been having some signs of pregnancy symptoms such as cramps, nausea, fatigue and some bleeding. We're are trying for baby #1.
