Mental Illness, Fibromyalgia and TTC

Anyone TTC while taking meds for mental illness or fibromyalgia? I currently take medication for bipolar disorder. I take an antidepressant and mood stabilizers. I also take Lyrica for my fibromyalgia. I need my bipolar meds. Sometimes I'm not stable WITH them (depression mostly) and so I don't know what I'd do if I had to go without them for 9 months especially with the rush of hormones. I could forgo my fibromyalgia meds and just tough out the pain. I've done it before and I can do it again, but I'm not sure what to do about my bipolar meds. Anyone else either in this situation now or been through this? How are you/did you handle this?
