Telling my mom? (Again?!)

So I told my mom, it was really stressful for me. I'm 17 and pregnant about 9 weeks and two days according to the app. Like I said I told my mom, I'm almost positive she didn't believe me since I'm known for joking around a lot. She said she loved me, she'd help, and that she'd support me but she'd be very disappointed. Since then she has said a word about it, or acted any differently towards me which I think is just odd for her. Any opinions? I really need to get to a doctor, or at least make the appointment.
