Rota virus

Has anyone had their baby throw up after getting the rota virus vaccine? My son had projectile spit problems which is why I had to switch to formula and it stopped but just today after getting 2 months shots he started spitting up more and it kinda had a yellow color to it not the color of his normal formula spit up. By the time he was doing it his doctors office was closed so I couldn't call to ask if it was normal? It's not intense enough for an emergency room visit but I wanted some advice to clear my mind a bit😥
