I think that if you live in the US it Gould be Spanish first because it'll be harder for her to learn it if English is her primary because of school she will have to speak more English and it'll be easier for her to learn English after for the same reason , and sign language last because not lots of people know how to

It's easier to teach a child to speak multiple languages between the ages of 2-5 because the mechanisms in their brains that help language learning don't focus on the overwhelming facts and information that adult minds do. There are plenty of studies on language learning in child development. So I suggest you teach your child both English and Spanish simultaneously, as well as sign language while they're young and their brains have more neurons that can actively make new connections.
