bleeding when being fingered???

Okay so I've been talking to this new guy lately and he's fingered me about every time we've hung out. Once we're done I notice blood on the bed and he acts like it's no big deal and doesn't question it. But today there was blood on his fingers and when I went to the bathroom I was bleeding. But I'm not on my period and I don't bleed unless he's fingered me so what does this mean?!?

Also I did miss my birth control by a few hours last week for like 4 days if that affects this
