If your water is leaking?
Im only 33w and my underwear are wet and have been consistently for a few days. I know it isnt pee and it doesnt look like discharge. Also doesnt smell like sweat. Idk. My vagina HURTS SOOOO BAD.

Go have it checked. With my second baby, I had the same issue when I kept telling my doctor. I was having to change underwear three or four times a day. They kept saying it was normal to have discharge… Well, when my 36 week scan came they had to send me over to labor and delivery because I didn’t have enough fluid

Go in to have it checked no matter how unsure you are It will not hurt you or them to check the fluid. It could also be something caused by infection which will need medicine so that it doesn't harm the baby or you.
