Mirena Possible Ectopic Pregnancy

I've been having severe symptoms with my mirena. I've had it for almost a year, 2nd time having it, and I've had an irregular period - but always there.

I'm almost 4 days late, lower abdominal cramping, back pain, gas, (tmi sorry) constipation, headaches, reflux, heart burn, and restless legs/feet. I spotted for 3 days, light pink for maybe one wipe for the first two days, then brown for the third for one wipe. That was 3-5 days before AF was due. The pain and symptoms are increasing and I just lost my insurance. I know ectopic pregnancies have been known to cause false negatives (the pregnancy text box even warned it). I have two babies 5 & 1. I'm scared. Can't go to the doctor, family, or talk about it with my husband because he dismisses me... but I've gotten used to my mirena... and something's not right. Anyone else experience this? I'm scared.
