Should I be worried?

Everyone on here seems to be telling IUD horror stories, but I've had mine for 6 months and haven't had a problem with it so far. People keep talking about pregnancy and scares and all the bad stuff they've had happen and it's making me super anxious. My boyfriend and I have sex often and we do not use condoms or pull out, everyone told me that was fine but all these stories have me so nervous. I just need some reassurance that this isn't a mistake...

I've had my IUD for 8 months. Me and my son's farther just recently split, but he never pulled out and always came inside me and i don't have a horror story. 😀

I just took mine out cuz I kept getting uti but had it for 6 months bf never pulled out

I recently just had a miscarriage due to having the IUD. I got pregnant WITH the IUD in. And I've had it for 6 months. Mind you, we haven't been pulling out for those 6 months and this is the first time I got pregnant. So it definitely works. However, there's always the chance that you can still get pregnant on ANY birth control. (I don't consider abstinence birth control)
