So I got a positive opk today around 3:30 ish, BDd around 5:30, and had a negative opk at 8:30. Last time we BDd was the 21st. Think we're doing ok with the BD or should we have done it more? Also, would I consider tomorrow 1 dpo since I had the negative test today after after a positive one, meaning I ovulated same day as +opk? Or when would 1 dpo be? If it helps any, I've been having a twitching sensation in my left lower abdominal region for the last hour (ish). Thanks in advance for the input, I appreciate it!
