Pregnancy on the pill

So me and my boyfriend have been together almost two years now, we're both 17 and sexually active. My mother allowed me to start taking the contraceptive pill when I turned 16 to keep me safe from pregnancy. I have always been terrified of getting pregnant and so careful about using protection. At first when I starting taking the pill, we still used condoms to be extra safe, however then I realised how effective the pill was and started to relax, so we resulted in the pull out method. But recently, I've let him cum inside me for both our pleasures. This has only been around 4 times. These last few days however I've started to get really paranoid at the thought of getting pregnant, I know it sounds daft as I make sure I take my pill at EXACTLY the same time each day (literally within a minute of the same time) and have never skipped the pill or anything like that. I was just wondering, does anyone know if I would still bleed during me 7 days off the pill if I was pregnant?
