Ingrown hair, please help! 😫

Kinda TMI: I have the biggest ingrown hair on my labia and it's not even a single hair anymore; it feels like when you get a pimple on your face that doesn't have a head and is just a knot. It's so painful to touch and it rubs on my clothing and I have no idea what to do about it. Any suggestions on what to do??
