Okay ladies, I need help 😞. We've been TTC for 7 months and soon to be 8 months. This past cycle has been crazy and I'm pretty sure I didn't ovulate and if I did, we've barely had sex so, I'm pretty positive I'll start my period on the 22nd. Anyways, since I wasn't sure when I ovulated this month, I haven't tracked anything really and kinda just stopped TTC. So when my next period gets done, I want to do everything I can possibly do to help my chances of conceiving. I do OPKs, we use Pre Seed, I take prenatals, and I'm going o be buying a basal thermometer. What else can I take/ do to help fertility? Any magic vitamins or anything out there that has helped you conceive? Please let me know. Thank you 😊
