Should you shave your entire legs or only to the knee?

So I am actually really curious...I have always only shaved my legs up to my knees and never really thought more of it but now I'm really wondering if I should actually be shaving my legs all the way up. What does everyone else think? Let me know.

At 35w, I'm just happy to have the energy to shave one leg to the knee. I can't imagine my entire leg, let alone both of them. 😓
