KIDNEY STONES HELP!!

I'm showing every symptom of kidney stones. I'm in extreme pain on and off and I don't know what to do. I am (estimated) 8w1day and I havent had my first prenatal appointment yet (scheduled July 17th, ultrasound scheduled 26th) and I am out of town with my husband and kids for his work. Here's my dilemma; wait till Saturday to be able to go with my husband, or go by myself? I can't leave him here for the fear that I would have to stay at the hospital and he'd be stuck here with the kids and he has to work at 5am every day.. I could wait till Saturday so I could maybe have him take the kids to his moms? That way he could go with? I've had only negative experiences going to er alone due to my past medical records (was in psych ward past January) but I also have inflammatory bowel disease and other problems with digestive system....

Here are my symptoms

Cloudy urine

Peeing way less although all I do is drink water !

Agonizing pain throughout the day in lower back (was on left side only but now it goes back and forth both sides)

Pretty sure I had blood in my stool the other night after a really sharp and sickening pain (positive it wasn't from vag)

Constipated

Migraines

I just need to know and hear from real people if this could be harmful to my baby?? And what will they even do about it if I do go to the er ?I appreciate anyone who can help 💕💕💕
