Pregnant runners! Help please!
So I'm 11 weeks in and my back is hurting while running and strength training. What recommendations do you have for running while pregnant? Belly bands? Back/hip support? Anything to help me run through the entire pregnancy! Background: this is my second pregnancy, I was able to run up to 24 weeks last time and want to go longer this time. Also, I conduct some sort of physical activity about 5 times a week.
