confusion about "sex drive status" question

when I answer this question in my log, it gives me the insight feedback assuming I had sex but that's a separate question "did you get some?"

I'm just confused because sometimes my sex drive will go up but that doesn't mean I had sex. so I'm not sure anymore how to answer the sex drive status question. do I just say no to the sex question while answering the sex drive question?
