So confused

I took Plan B in May, and it worked. I went to the gynecologist and they did a pregnancy test in June which came back negative. It's now July, I have had sex since May but always protected (condoms) and i still haven't gotten my period. I took a pregnancy test a week ago that was negative too just to confirm again. I'm really confused why I still haven't gotten it??
