Does anyone else's legs feel weak during their period?

If there is someone who has can you please tell me if it's normal or not because I usually experience this. By the way I am 15 so if someone tells me to go educate myself or something else I'm just going to just block you.

idk maybe bc of the loss of iron and stuff in the blood your losing? try to eat healthy and talk to a doctor

My inner thighs are usually very sensitive and weak (in addition I feel lower back pain). But I can't help it. Sometimes I take life slowly, sometimes I hit the gym (no excuses 😂). Idk what to say. I've never thought about ways of getting rid of this feeling, I just accepted my "nature". It's also not that bad, I still can walk, etc.

Think about it...you're losing blood. When you lose blood, you feel weak.
