Sleeping problems
I've been having problems sleeping for almost 3 months now the only way I sleep is if I take sleeping piss otherwise I can only sleep for a couple hours. Like I don't know what's wrong with me because before I was able to sleep and stay asleep. I've been putting off going to the doctor and I was wondering if anybody knows what I should do.
