What is going on ??? PLZ comment scared 😟

Let me start with saying this, I've never experienced what I am going thru before ever. I've been actively ttc for 8-9months (I've lost count) this is also first month using fertilaid I've used for exactly a month now and this month also used preseed. I'm about a week or so past when I believe i ovulated... I've been spotting for 4-5days on and off it hasn't happened everyday but 1st day it was slightly pink and after until last night was a brownish tint. There hasn't been much at all only when I wipe I haven't even had to wear a liner or anything... Yesterday, last night, and this morning I've had cramping in lower abdominal region... Tested yesterday and bfn. I'm out of tests til I get paid tomorrow... Ladies please anyone experience this before?? I have never and I'm freaking out... Please comment I need advice
