TTC 45

I'm 45 and we have been TTC for 3 years. I have had 2 hystosalpingograms, everything open and normal. My husband has more than enough motile sperm and they stay alive in my fluids. We have tracked everything( opk, temps, cycle lengths...) all blood work and opk shows I'm still ovulating. I'm at a loss. Fertility specialist is pretty blunt and said I'm just too old. My OB tells me that's not true since everything is still working. Not sure what else to do.
