Advice

After trying to get pregnant for 2 1/2 years, my doctor told me that I had a less than 1% chance of getting pregnant naturally. So I started fertility meds and had an IUI. We succeeded and got pregnant and have beautiful boy/ girl twins! They just turned 6 months and I just found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant! Omg! Naturally too! Any advice???? I feel excited and overwhelmed already. I thought I couldn't get pregnant... lol
