Please Help Need Advice ASAP

I was Fingered last night (pretty rough) I've already had my period but while being fingered we noticed I was bleeding the blood was RED LIKE RED LIPSTICKS AND THERE WERE SOME MEDIUM SIZED SPOTS ON THE BLANKET FROM WHERE I HAD BLED. I TOOK A SHOWER AND WIPED IT WAS VERY LIGHT AFTER NOW ITS BROWNISH RED, im worried curious anyone ever experienced this before ?? Somebody please help me.
