Worried

Hey guys,

I had sex with my partner around 3 days ago. It wasn't rough or anything. Then two days after I began getting light pink mucus. My ovulation window started that day we had sex. Then I've had mucus for last 2 days mix of light pink to quite bright red blood to dark. Not showing in my knickers it's just within the mucus (sorry TMI)

I'm worried what it is? Has anyone got any ideas? This has never happened to me before

I had sharp pains in my abdomen the next day cramping that was and the day after that. I've been fine since just very very tired.
