Mirena out: spotting vs period

Hi Ladies!! I had my Mirena taken out in Thursday, I've had one in for 9-10 years and never had a real cycle during that time. I would occasionally spot for 1-2 days every 1-3 months, but I've only had what I would consider 1 true cycle since giving birth to my son (he's 11 now). The question is- I'm on my 4th day of spotting now (everyday since my Mirena came out) & it's different than my previous spotting. I know it's not super likely that it's a cycle, but should I count it as the start of a new cycle? Or just count it as spotting and wait for the "real thing". Hard to get excited about AF when it's been so long 😒. Thoughts???
