What does this mean ?

So I have a hard time sleeping with people , like my bf likes to sleep with me sometimes and when he does he gets all touchy feely and I get really uncomfortable . I love sleeping by myself when my boyfriend and I take naps I try to stay as close to the wall as I can but he likes to spoon . Sometimes out of no where my boyfriend will grope my boobs or smack my butt or sometimes even touch my vagina through my pants and when he does that I get all squeamish and I just want to run . Last night he was pretending to put his hands down my pants and I just lost all control and started crying . My boyfriend gets mad because I just hate getting touched in general , my mom thinks I was molested or something when I was younger because I'm not a very light sleeper . She told me a story about how she picked me up from my dads house once and there were scratches all over my back so she took me to the ER to get my rape kit done but they found nothing . If I was molested I have no recollection of it.
