possibly?

I'm going to be 35 in a few months and just married in May. I have had very sore breasts and nausea lately very tired.... but I really noticed today as I put my suit on tp go out on the boat and noticed my boobs don't really fit in it anymore...anyway come home and shower and get out and notice I have new lil pinkish stretch marks starting on my boobs. ummm.... So with how sore and big they have been along with all my other symptoms?? Af is due in 2 days... scared to test as afraid of disappointment. I have 2 kids from previous marriage and my new husband has none and really wants. thoughts??
