Help please newly pregnant and bleeding...

Then took another on sat which was darker (day my period was due) i went to the loo around 9pm last nite (Sunday) to find a brown discharge upon wiping which of course scared me I popped a pad on went to bed woke at 5am with nothing on the pad but blood upon wiping I'll add a pic sorry for tmi 🙈 is it possible to have an implantation bleed after the missed period ?? Has anyone had this and everything been ok ?? I'm in no pain cramps nothing and only seems to be when I wipe 😭😭I'm off to the docs this morning xx
