Anyone else have dreams of cheating with a previous sexual partner.

Ok so lately I've been dreaming about an ex that I used to sleep with and I've been dreaming of cheating with him on my current partner. Don't get me wrong I'm in a happy relationship never once thought of cheating or anything in that context but I wake up feeling so guilty of my sexual dreaming I don't know how to feel about it or if it means anything.

The person I'm dreaming of ended really badly and I have a lot of negative feelings towards him.

I just don't understand why I'm suddenly dreaming of having sex with him after 2 years of not speaking.

Please tell me what I should do ??
