I need help! One positive one negative

Please help I have been sick for 8 weeks now and have had the odd cramp have not gotten my period and did a test a few days ago that came back a light positive then the next was negative I'm going to see my doctor but all my symptoms are the same as my first pregnancy but I'm about more worried as I have had two miscarriages in that time wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks on how to really know before doctors

pregnancy test didn't show first bubs till I was already 9 weeks
