Pregnant after HSG?

Did anyone get pregnant after and HSG test? I had mine last Wednesday, they were able to unblock one side. I just had my fertile window and had sex every day..... just wanted to see if anyone got pregnant after their test. Fingers crossed it is what is going to help me!!! Baby dust, please!
