Dont know what to do.

My and my partner have been together for one and a half years. Last month we had a miscarriage since then I have been eager to try again. But me and my partner haven't had it easy when we started dating a week into our relationship he had slept with his ex even though my friends told me I should have ended the relationship I grew up in a family where we forgive each other and everything can be worked out so I decided to stay and work things out with him. Yes it was hard but deep down I still have trust issues but lately he has been closed off I can't be on his phone because that's his private space and I appreciate that but he has changed and I'm not sure if that's the miscarriage or whatever we would decided we would try again in December next year. But we've had a fight and he told me that he lied to stop me from being upset about the miscarriage I'm not sure what to do with him I love him but him saying that really hurts.
