TTC & Lose weight
I'm 20 years old, 5'4, and 208 lbs sadly.
I work out with a trainer 4x a week, but my eating habits are TERRIBLE, so I wasn't losing weight but I was gaining muscle. But I'm getting back to eating clean and I'm going to start running in the mornings. I followed a meal plan last summer and was able to get down to 175, but I gained it all back when I went back to college. I'm following my meal plan again and I've cut out carbs and sugary stuff . I drink water and I only eat protein and veggies . Kale is a life saver. I know what to eat to lose weight just that I don't do it. I have to convice myself to do it if I want to lose weight. In the mornings, I eat plain greek yogurt and kale, for lunch I eat a kale salad, with black beans, feta cheese, olive oil, some seasoning, and this thing i got from costco, i forgot what it's called but i addrd it to the salad and it tasted so good. I only eat veggies and protein, I dont do carbs because I'm trying to limit it to lose weight faster. I also drink green tea without sugar to help me speed up my metabolism. I'm hoping to get back to 175 by August 28th and keep losing weight. I think I'll start TTC again in December. But for now, I'm not going to try, but not prevent either.
Any advice to losing weight and to ttc faster? Thanks yall !
