pregnant with iud?

this is my 2nd mirena! I've had this one for 4 years now and within the last six months ive been having a regular period. every month on the month. (hints why i got this app) but this month im 14 days late and ive just chalked it up to being on the mirena. well tonight when me and my so had sex i felt like i was going to vomit! dont get me wrong it was amazing and he had me squirting all over the place! but i just felt it like i need to vomit like it was going to come up at any time. ive also been really bloated and gassy lately. do you think there is a chance i could be pregnant?
