Uterine Adhesions/FET

So, I'm in the middle of my second FET - last one ended in mc at 7 weeks - and my RE wants everything to be perfect! She did a endometrial scratch two weeks ago (how fun that was!), a saline sonography last week (equally as fun), and now a hysterscopy today which revealed tissue/adhesions which she removed. I'm supposed to have the FET either next Monday or the Monday thereafter and now she doesn't know if she should do it. Obviously every woman wants the stars aligned for their IVF process, but I'm just so frustrated and impatient now. It's like another brick thrown in your baby making plans!! I guess this post is a bit of a vent, but I'd also like to know stories of uterine adhesion removals and successful FETs. I know no one going through this and my husband just doesn't get it. Anything would help :-/
