How to get stains off?

Hey guys! I have a diva cup and I LOVE it. But during my last cycle I really made some some stains on it and I've soaked it and used a toothbrush on it!! It's on the upper part. Please help it grosses me out lol.

Hydrogen peroxide. 3% works, but whatever is safe for the body works. Soak it for a couple hours depending on how bad it is, just keep an eye on it. after soaking, wash thoroughly and boil before next use. To prevent stains from happening, remember proper hygiene for your cup: boil before and after each period, rinse thoroughly, wash with soap between changes when possible. But always always always boil before and after each period.

I think you're supposed to rinse it with cold water before hot water because going straight to hot water can set stains. So remember that for the future ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Leaving it in the sun has been the best for me, then I boil it. Awkward but somehow works?? At least for mine.

Boiling it supposedly helps. I boil mine every month but I don't see that it helps a ton.
