First time Lena cup
Hey ladies, I'm switching from pads to a Lena cup ( finally ) I was wondering if you have any in depth tips for a first time cup user (basically what you wish you knew beforehand would be soooo helpful) . What fold do you personally like best would be great too and any other tips! I appreciate the help a lot! 💛😅
