cd 40 bfn when to retest?

cd 40 and 2 bfn. I could scream took me long enough to start ovulating when coming off by (9 months ) now cycle 4 after MC looks as though it's happening again. Just come back off holiday so put it to the back of mind.My question is when should I test again as we bedded a lot 😂 during the holiday and if I ovulated later (wishful thinking ) it may be my lucky month.Bfn this morning should I wait 2 weeks and test again?
