Yeast infection?

So i was scrolling through the posts and i saw a post where a girl said she had green and brown discharge with a really bad smell. my period is sorta brown and my discharge is yellowish white and has a REALLY bad smell. sorta like vinegar? plus i was showering and i look down and my vagina has a red mass that hurts and is sometimes itchy where my pad usually is. idk what to do.
