I'm a teacher and I've worn shirts with one shoulder showing and had no issues. As long as it's not like trashy or super sexy I see no issue.

I find nothing inappropriate about this what so ever. I'm sorry but suddenly our shoulder are what? A turn on. Will the kids in school get distracted because her shoulder is showing? No. For god sake at least she's not naked .
