Losing weight to conceive?
So I'm 23 years old I'm 5ft7" and I currently weigh 151kg, I suffer from PCOS which was diagnosed 2 years ago this is the biggest I've ever been and to be a healthy weight I need to go down to around 75kg. My question is, I need some meal ideas I'm having porridge for breakfast and tuna thins for lunch I need some more ideas regarding lunch and dinner? Just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation ☺
