Sex OB

Okay so I'm currently taking daily suppression to see how it works (6 total months 3 left to go) but the thing is I haven't really seen much improvement. I don't get bumps but small cuts at least thats what I think it is but like no real outbreak because that occurs everyday like normal. My thing is ( i know this gonna sound gross) but I tear and have an outbreak everytime I have sex now. I just wanna know if you guys think maybe I should ask for a higher dosage or what are some tips y'all have for preventing OBs when I wanna have sex
