Enough milk? confused!!

My daughter just turned 11 months old and I am a working mom. My company is not too cooperative about flexible time. I started to feel hesitant to pump at work. I hardly pump once a day only about 3oz for her mid-morning bottle and BF her late afternoon and again before bedtime and sometime middle of the night. Not really sure if she is getting enough milk. I just read on babycenter website that 11-12 mo. old has to take 24-32oz of breastmilk or formula at this age. I cannot imagine how anyone can produce so much milk at 11 months PP.
