I was listening to my daughters heart and...

I was listening to my daughters heart, she's 11 months and while she had just woken up and still laying down I laid my head on her chest to listen to her heart and I noticed that when she breathed their was a sort of like swoosh sound, I don't know how to describe it. She has an apt till Aug 4th and should i be concerned about this ? I've never heard that before but then again it's been awhile since i listen to her heart. She's had a stuffy nose and has been breathing through her mouth a lot, so could that be it ?

I'll add that we are out of our town till aug 1st so there's no way to see her pedi sooner.
