Who had miscarriage in January

Who had miscarriage in January and did anyone get pregnant after it or still ttc. I had a miscarriage January 6 I been trying since then till now nothing any ideas 💡 plllllllllz we really need baby in our life and we're ttcing so hard. But past two months I stopped trying I thought if I stop it will happen by it self like it did at first without me knowing or planning 💔😔👈🏼 plz plz help with ideas thanx ladies 💕 baby dust to everyone
