Nervous

So I hope nobody is uncomfortable by my post... I bled for TWO days at the beginning of this month, it was light. Later around the middle of the month I had my period, for six days.. I recently got off my period 12 days ago AND now I started bleeding yesterday.. it's not light OR heavy it's in between I guess you could say. I also recently got a yeast infection TWO days ago, I keep applying cream and I still have this yeast infection. Anyone have ANY idea as to why I may keep bleeding?? Should I make an appointment? Someone please give the best advice they can, id GREATLY appreciate it.
