Asexuality HELP!

I've been pondering the word asexuality for a several months but recently (1 month ago) got into a relationship. sexual activity seems to be a big thing to him but 16 and still virgin and I'm not sure these sort of things even turn me on or are even important to me at all. I don't want to tell him because I'm comvinced he won't understand at all and I don't want to break up with him. I told myself I give it a while to see if anything changes relationship wise or to my sexual orientation(?).
