Tampon Help
So I'm a beginner to tampons because I've only used pads, but I need to swim. I went through like two boxes trying to get one in and it didn't go in far enough and hurt. Finally I got one in, but when I tried to take it out it hurt terribly and ended in quite a bit of tears. Eventually I got it out but have not been able to get one in since then. I need advice!
